Yeah, threats never work well.

Couple things: you fail to describe your setup and you also fail to mention if you waited 73 hours or 30 in game days among other things.

Since Bethesda doesn't provide direct support in this forum, I'm not sure who your threats are directed at or who you consider to be an "appropriate representative." If you require direct support for your issues, this is not the place for it.

I noticed that you haven't mentioned ini files or mods that have been used. I know for a fact that an incorrect order specified in the Skyrim.ini file for the sResourceArchiveList= entries can result in the behavior you're describing. If this is the problem and you delete your ini files and let the launcher create new ones, that may fix the problem you're having with the game.
