Met with Falion in the marsh, all but one step completed being "Talk to Falion". I keep trying but he won't give me anything but standard dialog choices. Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

I'm moving this to spoilers where members may be able to assist you in a work around and where devs look for quest bugs.

Same thing happened to me (on PS3). I had to literally push him (continue to bump into him) into the summoning circle. Once he was inside the circle, the last part of the quest completed and he cured me.

It worked perfect, spoon! I'm playing on a PS3 as well and I had to do the same and bump him towards the circle until he responed with the dialog. Thanks for the tip!
