I killed the Spider for Calcemo in the Dwemer ruin, and all of a sudden "Hard Answers" repeats itself? I've already done this quest... so why is it back in the quest list? Then I go to speak to Karliah and buddy again... and he translates the Falmer/Gallus's journal again?

Known bug? Or did I stumble on a new one?
