So I did the start of the thieves guild quest in Riften. You know when Brynoff calls everybody up and they are grouped up in front of him, after i finished the quest people are still stuck in that position many days later. Any ways to get them unstuck? Even console commands?

Try opening console clicking on the NPC and typing disable, then enable.

Another method may be to click on them with the console open and tking note of the string displayed in the center top of the screen

Or throw some valuable items on the ground and maybe a fight will break out. They're all essentials anyway so it shouldn't get anyone killed.
