I'm on my 5th play though and I have decided to make a god char so I rushed though to get the Oghma. The problem is iv gotten the elder scroll and transcribed the lexicon and returned it to septimus but I can't go farther I just keep getting the same thing. I checked UESP and it said I must be over level 15 to continue so I leveled up to 17 waited several days in whiterun and then returned and still nothing. Do I need to trigger the main quest or anything to advance?

Well after my frustration I gave up wandered off and a currier came up and delivered a note saying to go see him again >.< goes to show you if you need to find something stop looking
