so i did the purity thing quest for the companions i also killed the witches and collected 5 heads... i got back to companions HQ and found them fighting the silver hand... the companion leader died as it should be...bout the quest did not get updated ...neither the funeral begun... they all (the companions) sit with the swords drawn out and do nothing... and the guy *vilakas something went to bed for a nap? (LOL) ...anyone else had this?? what can i do to resume the quest line?

Have you tried fast traveling to another location, any city would work, and then fast travelling back?

yeah...all the time... they just sit there waving their swords... even the dead bodies of the silver hands expired.... guess i am stuck
