So I loaded up Skyrim a few days ago and encounters a quite game breaking graphical glitch. I had screenshots of how bad this issue is but I am not allowed to post links. It appears mostly in the fog and water but is literally everywhere. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, enabling and disabling the only mods I run (base HD texture pack released by Bethesda on Steam) as well as updating Direct X and disabling my Video card's AA option to see if anything changes and nothing does. The pixelation is so bad on water that I can actually see the mesh grids.
