Mining 9 ores at a time now? : V

All of a sudden I hit mineral deposits a whopping 2-3 times and I get 9 ores each time. Haven't seen any gems.. not that I care at this point

Did they patch this? Or did something (most likely) glitch in my game?

What mods are you running? I think the latest Deadly Dragons accidentally included a mining mod.
