Weird pixels floating around this certain dungeon?

Yea sorry about that thought I gave a link. ASAP I can access skyrim I will tell you the dungeon but its in winterhold(region) and its to obtain the elder scroll.

Please uninstall your AMD graphics driver, and download and install the 12.1 Preview Driver.

Got the exact same issue, but this goes for all over the world. I'll link some picture of what I mean. (Currently using HD6850 with the newest drivers, bought it very recently and the issues occured once this graphic-card was installed). Sorry for intruding on your topic, but it's very much related!
