I read a note and tried to find the arrows. the note to devlin.

I read they are under the docks. cannot for the life of me find them.

anyone find them? youtube video?

Nope, me neither. I spent a good half hour looking around the docks.

I have noticed though that there is Thieves Guild cashes located in most of the main cities. Perhaps there is one under the docks I have not found yet?

I have also looked. I read that it was by docks but the directions were a) confusing and

i can't find them again. never did get them.
