I was moseying along questing about near the orc stronghold Mor Khazgur and the Deepwood Redoubt and I came across 4 forsworn people. I quickly pulled out my weopon thinking, "Oh [censored], I'm about to get jumped." To my surprise, they were not hostile toward me. I even came up and talked to them. They said "Good morning!" In a cheery and polite tone. WTF? I'm on the Xbox or I would accpompany this claim with screenshots.

I've seen them too... a random group of Forsworn hunters or something that can appear when you're in the reach. They're usually standing over a dead animal.
