So I've played for about 80 hrs now, and have had an annoying issue which will not go away. For the past 3 hours game time, a 'storm' of swirling golden shapes move around my character. These are visible in both first- and third-person. Particles move in a fairly predictable pattern, move constantly, and follow me at all times. It's really annoying as sneaking around dark dungeons is difficult if I can't see anything for these particles. Running into traps, detected by unnoticed bandits, and generally dealing with an eyesore gets old fast. Screenshots linked.

What can I do to dispel these shapes? I see no active effects, have waited/slept for several days in-game, and used divine's shrines to dispel diseases. I'm not even sure what to search for to see if anyone else has had this issue. Also unequipped any apparel/weapons and emptied inventory and no luck. Anyone know what this is? Thanks for any help.
