1) The College of Winterhold: while taking the tour of the college with Mirabelle Ervine, I had to Save the game and quit (time for work). When I loaded the Saved game again Mirabelle has stopped touring the college. She just sits on a bench or goes to her room and lays down. When I get close to her and try to talk to her, all she says is "after I finish showing you around, then we can talk". But she never advances. I have since done other quests and explored other areas. But when I come back to the College and go back to Mirabelle, nothing advances. I have gotten attacked in the courtyard by a dragon. I can speak to other NPCs at the College. But the quest with Mirabelle does not advance. I cannot complete this quest, or start any other interlocked quests, because of this bug. What can I do?

2) When I start a new game, after I have picked my character attributes, I get to the point where my character head is on the chopping block and the executioner is ready to swing. At that point, the dragon is supposed to appear and land on the tower behind the executioner, thus advancing the scene. My problem is, the dragon does not land on the tower. It continually flys around and does not land at all. Because of that, the scene does not advance. No one says anything, nothing happens. I just lay there watching the dragon fly around. I cannot advance the scene or quest. The problem it has caused is now I cannot start any new characters because I cannot get past the dragon making it's appearance. Any suggestions?
