Hi,

Is there a maximum number of Save files for the PC?

Thanks,

Not as far as I know. However, having a lot of saves in the Saves folder can slow things down as it needs to load them all in the list. They also take up a lot of space. A recommendation I usually give with folks asking these sorts of questions is to archive all but your last 5 or saves in a 7z archive in a separate folder every ~100 saves. The 7z format has some of the best compression ratios and will save a lot of space as a result. This also allows you to store your backups with ease so you can roll back if something happens. If you do go that route, I'd recommend using the LZMA2 option over the LZMA default. And, if you want, go with a higher compression level. I use the highest level, but you may find a nice balance between memory and space at another level.

Doing this, I cut down the size of my saves from about 6 - 7 GB to 350 MB.
