I was fiddling around on a new character and went and practiced archery up on the mountain with some lady. Later when I leveled up, my archery skill showed as red, and only 15, when my actual archery skill is 25. This is on the perk picking screen. I checked active effects and there's nothing there that messes up your archery...what gives?

It's a bug I believe. Should be solved the next time your archery or character levels up.

Are you sick? Check your Active Effects. Red usually means you've got something that's giving a hit to your skill.

That happened to me before and I was not sick.

I believe that I posted in the original post that I was not sick. No detrimental active effects.
