I haven't seen anything like this reported. It's not shadows... I'm not sure what it is, but it's all messed up. Anyway, I havent modded Skyrim ever, just plain Jane since I installed it. I verified the files on steam and it said they all checked out. Those specs stay in one spot when I don't move in game.

I'm running an intel i5 760 @ 2.80 Ghz with 4GB ram, AMD Radeon HD 6800 series with the latest drivers (March 19 - Catalyst 12.3), and Windows 7 64 bit.

It`s a known issue with the drivers you are using. Most people are reverting back to 12.1.
