So their is some weird shadows on my character. It seems to be different from what other users are talking about.
It looks like this

In game their is more discoloration(saturation?) on my character, which gives some odd reflections. In the distance the lighting on the terrain looks much different.
I have tested with different settings and with mods on and off, but i get the same lighting effect.

EDIT:
also i have been having a problem with some torch effects. i can see the 'mist' coming out from the torches. it looks like a blur motion when you look at it

hard to seeanything in that pic...to dark.....

if your talking that your charterer is black like?....no color?....I saw this after a different patch..(i think 1.3) and all i needed to do was uninstall my texture mod for player. Then reinstall...
