Water Cells and Clouds appearing through walls. Loading time

I'm having some serious problems with the visuals on the game at the moment. I'm not sure what's causing it, but It was fine the last time I played the game.

Loading times are also a lot longer than they are normally (They are usually near instantaneous, but now take a relatively long time)

Gonna take a couple guesses...

AMD.....
Driver 12.2 or 12.3....

Try differant drivers....because the above are ...total fail...if not then how about some specs on your System??

And i have been using an Nvidia card for 15 years...

Yeah, AMD 12.3 (apparently).

I'll be honest, I really have no clue when it come to drivers and I didn't buy/set up this PC. I don't even know the specs.

But I'll see what I can do about getting a different driver, if that's the problem (Although It only just became a problem- the graphics were working fine before).

Edit: I was playing around with the graphics settings and turning antialiasing off seems to have removed the issue. I'll still see what I can do about the drivers but It's a good short-term fix I guess.

Catalyst 12.2 (sometimes incorrectly reporting as 12.3) has problems with anti-aliasing in Skyrim. You can either disable anti-aliasing as you've already discovered, or roll back to the 12.1 drivers.

AMD's driver team has acknowledged the bug and have indicated that it should be fixed in the official 12.3 drivers soon to be released.
