Alright, So I'm just looking around, and there seems to be a few who has this problem, but I haven't been able to find a solution for this yet.

Yesterday, I found a few mods on the workshop I liked, so I subscribed, having already 50+ mods installed through the workshop I know how it works by now.
But when the game launched and it started downloading the new mods, I got an "Error 16" on all of the new mods, I searched for it, and steam says it's a connectivity error, so I tried the usual stuff, resetting router, rebooting etc. and finally I tried deleting my game, along with any mods left from the Skyrim nexus, thinking they may be in conflict, but after I installed the game again, and it started downloading my, by now 75+ mods, all of them gets an error 16, and I can't download any mods at all, not even those that worked before.

Does anyone know a fix? or maybe just a cause? Is it client side or sever side?
I downloaded a few mods off of the Nexus, but even with the NMM, it's such a hassle to install 75+ mods =/

Also, on an maybe unreleated note, everytime I open the game, it says that it failed to sync my savegames with the steam cloud, this might be because I almost used up all of my space, but i'm not sure.
