With the next patch, please fix the UI

With so many patches released, why can't Bethesda address the UI for PC users?

The UI is obviously bugged for users using the mouse or a combination of keyboard/mouse.
(1) When you click on a dialog option, you sometimes don't activate the item you clicked on, but the one that is highlighted - but not the item under the mouse pointer is highlighted. When the user clicks the mouse, please do a final mouse pointer position update and check which item has actually to be highlighted.
(2) In the options screen, when you use the mouse wheel to scroll down all the options, it can happen that the mouse pointer goes over a slider. At this point, you change the slider with the mouse wheel, although you haven't activated it.
(3) It's annoying and useless that you can have a different "highlighted item" (white color) and "selected item" (big font size). WTF is that?? Remove the "big font size highlighting".
(4) When buying/selling stuff, the menu sometimes closes when changing the category.

These bugs are painfully obvious to anyone who has played the game for more than two hours. Please, please, PLEASE, would you fix the UI, instead of introducing new kill cams? Leave the less technical stuff to the modders, we need the core game fixed by you!
