Locations?

There are not "hidden locations" of these spells really. They unlock at vendors as you approach the skill level of the spell.

Invisibile- unlocks at 65-70 illusion skill, sold at mages guild and other jarl wizards when skill is met.

Bound bow- unlocks at 40-50 conjuration skill, sold at mages guild and other jarl wizards when skill is met.

Telekinesis - If I am not mistaken 40-50 alteration skill, same as above.

I found the telekinesis book inside the labyrithian dungeon during the College of Winterhold's questline. Unfortunately i think you need to do the quests to get there as the door to the dungeon is locked.

Just did it yesterday and no telekinesis book for me... guess it's random then.

Like trying to catch a fart lost on the wind. Purely random when you'll find the books bud, obviously you need the skill requirement for them to actually pop up in areas.

You can find one in Fort Amol in the prison living area at any level.

cleaned the place out and get bound sword so i guess i'll got to work on my skill level... thanks anyway

edit: I guess it will never be "common knowledge" that spellbooks are tailored to skill level when loot is generated.
