Hi,

It seems to me that Bethesta breaks more that they can fix. Since the march update, I've had HORRIBLE video problems.

* Horrible light effects. Many torches and indoor fires makes entire walls flicker when they shouldn't.
* I can't see underwater
* When knocked down by a draugr's Unrelenting Force, the camera angle got locked on the one used before gettng up back on your feets.

Sounds like you need to update your video card drivers, very similar sounding problems to what I had in this topic http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1358897-1524-can-not-see-underwater/
