if i move my mouse toward the upper part of the screen while fighting i end up crashing back to the desktop and i'm playing in windowed mode is there some way to fix this problem that doesn't involve me changing my window setting ?

If running in full screen mode fixed your issue I would seriously consider it if I were you. Other than that you could check to make sure your mouse drivers are up to date, not sure what else to suggest. There is some mouse cursor acceleration in the game by default that might be the culprit, you could maybe figure out how to disable that and see if it helps.

You're not giving us much to go on with that description, but the generic things to try are 1) update your video driver 2) check the GPU temperature, make sure its not overheating (especially if you have an old vid card) 3) lower / tweak your graphics settings 4) make sure there isn't a mod you've installed causing the problem.

AMD cards should not use 12.2/12.3, but 12.1 instead.

i'm pretty sure the visual problem isn't a mod because if a mod wasn't working right i wouldn't even be able to play the game at all.
my video card is up to date so thats not it either.
anyone know how i could post a image from the game i took the screen shot earlier and saved it.

That's the problem. The latest AMD drivers, 12.2/12.3, are faulty. 12.1 should be used instead, as a result.
