I have about 6 mods activated. Skyrim ran fine as of 2 weeks ago when I played it last. Opened up Steam for the first time today and decided to play Skyrim. Saw it had to patch and eventhough I didn't want to I let it patch.

Now everytime I exit a house or something the game freezes. I have to Crtl/Alt/Del and shut it down.

Well, I closed all my mods and the problem didn't happen at the same spot. But I wanted to try every mod indivicually to see if there was one that was messing things up. After about 3 times trying 2 different mods....1 each time...on the 3rd start up Skyrim is stuck on the Steam thing that says "Preparing to start Skryim" or whatever.
