Not yet, but I'm having the best luck with the http://support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/Catalyst121Previewdriver.aspx which have Crossfire support. In fact, the filesize of the preview driver is about 20 megs larger than the 12.1 release version. I'm guessing the 12.1 preview has some Skyrim-specific crossfire optimizations that were taken out in the release version (no idea why!).

I see. I am going to try rolling back then and turning on my crossfire to see if it helps any. Thanks!
Crossfire seems to work fine for me. Are you sure there isn't a profile, because i'm using a AMD Pre-defined profile for TESV.exe according to the catalyst.

What drivers and cap are you using? What cards are you using? And also where in the catalys is there a TESV.exe profile? I see a place to create your own profiles in the CCC but not a predefined one.
12.2 preview with the 12.1 cap3 HD6950 I believe this option is in the area where you create your own 3D Application Profile under 3D Application Settings. At the bottom where it says "AMD CrossFireX Mode for 3D Applications"... I set it to "use AMD Pre-defined Profile", then I scroll down to TESV.exe.

Cool. Found all that, applied it, same results. Low 20's framerate and choppy. I think it is something on my end. I still need to get a new PSU. Is there some sort of software I can get to test my rig to find the culprit for poor gaming performance?
Hm, with your computer, you shouldn't be having poor performance unless you are hitting your vram limit, have a faulty driver install, or have a feature on that you don't know about (4X SSAA)... Also, you can measure your GPU usage with MSI Afterburner, to ensure both of your gpus are functioning optimally. Also, CPU could be a problem. But i'd start with the Afterburner to make sure everything is functioning correctly.

I have a feeling it is my PSU. It is cheap POS one. http://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-eXtreme-700-Watt-RS700-PCAAE3-US/dp/B003M9RWGG
Ok, but poor performance in-game isn't usually an indicator of PSU failure, and the PSU has good reviews. Heck, i'm running my 6950s on a 550W Corsair with no performance issues.
Just found out that apparently when running in crossfire a little icon appears in the corner of the screen. I have never seen this icon since I have had my PC. Is it possible my GPU's aren't hooked up correctly?
Yes, you can go into the Catalyst control center and check under gaming>AMD CrossFireX to see if crossfire is enabled. I think the icon applies to older drivers though, since I do not have an icon in my tray.
Alright, so using MSI Afterburner I learned that I am using about 64 - 91% of my first GPU and 27 - 70% of my second GPU. That don't seem right to me 0.o
Hm, my best guess is a bad driver install or driver issue. I'd try completely uninstalling and reinstalling the 12.2 preview drivers, making sure you completely delete the old drivers, restart, then reinstall.
BTW, Did you completely uninstall the drivers prior to upgrading to the CrossFire setup?

I actually did all that before running MSI Afterburner. Everything is gutted, cleaned out, and installed fresh.
load 3Dmark11 and run it... you'll know for certain if crossfire is working or not or if your psu is problematic... a 700watt Coolermaster Xtreme is a very good PSU... it's by no means cheap..
Skyrim is just highly tempermental.....
a single 6950 2gb Sapphire twin fan video card is the best bang for the buck though...
