After the first guy is executed and his body is kicked to the side everyone just stands there and nothing happens.

Since you tell us nothing, I suggest that you disable your mods, go to the properties of your game in Steam, verifiy the integrity of the cache and try again.

I've had some flakey things happen with the starting script. Typically if you SAVE the game and completely EXIT the game and restart (not just reload the save) things work again.
