I keep reading everywhere about pickpocket chances of stealing certain items and stuff yet I cannot for the life of me figure how you all know, because I have nothing in game telling me the individual chances of stealing items, is there a UI bug on the PC version or something?

Theres a percentage given on the bottom of the item information window - always.
