theres a quest with jar of whiteruns boy... wich in the end of it u get a special Eboony Sword that drinks life
any way... my fried found it when he was lvl 21 and the blade gave him 26 ATK
i found it when i was 43 and the sword was with 16 ATK
besides the question how did he found a stronger sword?
you hold it with 2 hands and it strikes quickly
so is this blade considerd to be a 1h weapon and thats why he found it stronger (he plays with 1h perk and im with 2h perks) wich means that theres a cofusion coz this sword can be held only with 2 hand
or
its a 2h weapon but the game thinks its 1h and thats why the ATK is so low for me
or
u have another explanation?

It's quite unclear as to exactly what you mean but...

The quest you do for the Jarl of Whiterun, usually gives a random weapon as a reward. If we are thinking of the same quest... I think it's called the Axe of Whiterun, and it is scaled to suit your level.

He's talking about the daedric weapon "ebony blade".

And to answer his question: I've read the sword uses some 1H and some 2H perks.
