So, I decided to create a new character, and play Skyrim after a month or two of hiatus from the game. I go through the introduction before execution, the character creation, and then escorted to the block.

The music plays, and the dragon flies in as I'm looking up at the executioner...

And then the dragon just flies around the camp endlessly!

This has happened the past couple of times I tried creating. I loaded an old autosave and began a new game...both with the same result.

I'm playing this game on Steam. Did not have this issue when playing the first time. Only thing that has changed is that I have the Bethesda HD texture DLC installed. That's it.

I just uninstalled the game, and will try to re-install later. Does anyone else have any other suggestions? I would really appreciate it, and would hate to stop playing this game because of an annoying bug like that.
