Hey i do the main quests in the college of winterhold and after i was done with Good Intentions the next quest(Revealing the Unseen) wouldn't start. plz help

Most likely you missed a step to activate the next phase. Check your journal. I am hazy as to what the specific tasks are in good intentions. I think you have to talk with the arch mage to get a staff and start the next quest.

I have tried to talk with everyone but no one says something about the staff of magnus, but is there any command that can start a quest?
