Infinite launcher loop. : V - Skyrim

Infinite launcher loop.

So for some odd reason when I click to play Skyrim from Steam it gets stuck in this infinite loop that closes and opens rapidly. It is infuriating. I just re installed the game and it is still going it. Any idea what this could be?

Did you try verifying integrity of local game cache?
