[bug] clear 'pixelation' everywhere when I try to play

I took a screenshot of what I'm talking about, it didn't used to do this before the 1.4 Patch, so I'm not sure what's going on.

It looks like your using AMD's borked 12.2/12.3 driver. Do a clean roll back to 12.1 (completely remove 12.2/12.3) and then try a clean install to the new 12.3 driver that was released last week or something.

Or just completely uninstall and do a clean install of the one from around last week.

Just confirming that is correct, you have bad drivers :)
