The Official 12.3 is out should not contain the AA issue.....that said I still prefer 12.1 as there is really no difference between the two for 6 series cards.

Why is the catalyst centre not auto-updating?
Should I just download the drivers individually? I generally prefer the auto-update process to make sure nothing goes wrong (Before i never had to uninstall and install new ones, the auto-update did everything)

Can't say I have the auto update turned off but if you go to the amd website it is on there.

There are separate installers for Mobility cards and desktop cards. Make sure you are using the right installer.

I see a system restore in your future.... :whistling:

I already did this before because of the same problem. So far I haven't experienced issues after I rolled back the drivers to their factory default. I think I'll take this as Asus not liking new drivers; thus, keeping my standard drivers indefinately. (Unless there exists a good reason for updating my vid card drivers)

Contact ASUS and tell them you need to update your drivers they should be more than able to help. I have heard of locked drivers before or something along those lines.

No clue haven't ever had to contact them....I always try and talk to a human in some form or other....I know lots of more progressive minded hardware companies have good support in all fashions such as skype support, text support etc.
