4gb Large Address Aware?

I do not have the latest patch. I am running the game at 1.4.21 and I was wondering if I should still be using the LAA patch? If so, where do I get it?

No. The 1.3 patch (IIRC) introduced official LAA support; third party LAA patches are not necessary and should not be used.
