So ever since the latest patch I've had serious graphical issues with Skyrim. I've uninstalled all my mods & the HiRes texture packs & such & I'm about to try a clean install from Steam, but I wanted to check here first.

That's what is happening. It's happening on fresh starts, old saves, etc. It happens no matter what assortment of mods I have on or off, etc etc

My computer is not doing this for any other game or program. Not Mass Effect 3, not Total War: Shogun 2, The Witcher 2, or Portal 2 (or any video program, firefox, netflix, & such)

This only happens in Skyrim & not on the load screen or title screen, just once I jump in the game. I've been playing since launch on a mix of high/ultra settings with nothing but the standard Skyrim bugs up until this & no serious issues with graphics etc

So dear forum goers, please help. And please dear sweet Divines tell me my vid card is not overheating (A friend of mine that goes to DigiPen said that could've been a problem but ruled it out when I said it wasn't doing this anywhere else)

AMD screwed up the drivers for skyrim in 12.2.

Do a complete uninstall of your AMD display drivers, reboot, and install the latest official 12.3 driver.
