periodical appearing lag - reason seems to be corrupted save

Hy,

since 2 days I recognized a strange problem with my skyrim, a lag appeared periodically, I didn't take the time on it, but it must be around 1 minute.
At first I thought the reason was some recent installed mods, or an update I didn't recognize.
So, after deinstalling all my approximately 30 installed mods, I tried again, yet the problem didn't go away.
Then I played around with fps limiters, but that didn't brought me anything.
Then I tried around with graphic settings, setting from lowest to highest, didn't work either.
At last I thought the reason must be some corrupted gamefile, so I checked my files for consistency, 4 files with a size of 3 Gig in total seemed to be broken so I redownloaded them.
But, still the same thing.
Then I thought when the lag started to appear, and I loaded the last savefile I thought where this problem wasn't there, which was about 2 or 3 days ago.
And èt voilà, the lag wasn't there at that point.
I can't remember which mods I installed in the time between a savefile without that problem and a savefile with the problem, but I can remember I update quite some mods and installed about 7 new one, which were mostly of graphical nature. Also I updated skse.

And just now when I thought I would upload the savefile so you guys can try it yourself, I recognized the strange filesize of the saves:
savefile without the periodic lag - 5 Mb
savefile with the periodic lag - 43 Mb
So the problem is without a doubt a corrupted savefile.

I don't want to know how to fix that savefile, because there didn't pass THAT much time that between them that I couldn't just repeat it in a few hours, but what interests me most is:
How can this happen?
And how can I avoid such stuff to happen?
Why can mods corrupt my savefiles and implant a periodic lag in them which also quadraples their filesize.
Anyone made experience with such problems?

after hours of testing, I found the mod which caused the corruption: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=12525 aka Dynavision

I will make contact with the author immediately to ensure he knows of the problem.

It's both Dynavision and Imaginator. Js.
I haven't heard of bloating issues relative to imaginator, but dynavision on the other hand I have.
Supposedly the latest versions of Dynaviaion address and correct the script end event times thus correcting the bloating save files.
as to whether or not that's the case, I have not heard yet.

@Solidflake. There are several threads related to this bloating issue. Take a look at this thread I started a few weeks ago, in which I pose an attempt to isolate mods directly affecting and causing these bloated saves. Please jump into the topic (in the second link) and add your experience and help keep this thread/troubleshooting attempt going.
**I do offer a suggestion to narrow in on the mods that might be contributing to your issue in the first link.
