New bug: custom named items lose upgraded signifier

I discovered a new bug (well, one that I haven't seen before) having to do with custom-named enchanted items. When placed on a weapon plaque, then taken from the plaque, then dropped, the item will lose its name. For example:

1. Place "Ebony Bow of Immolation (Legendary)" on a weapon plaque. (The name doesn't matter, but the part in yellow signifies that it was custom-named and not a pre-generated magic item).
2. Retrieve "Ebony Bow of Immolation (Legendary)" from the weapon plaque.
3. Drop "Ebony Bow of Immolation (Legendary)" from inventory to the ground.

On the ground and once picked up, this item will now appear as "Ebony Bow of Immolation" without "(Legendary)." However, its damage statistic remains the same. Sometimes, simply placing the custom-named item on the weapon plaque will strip the "()" from the suffix.
