Dark Brotherhood & main quest.

I am holding off on the main quest line. I don't wanna rush the game. Still I wonder if I did the Dark brother hood quest would that effect the main line quests? And if so how?

Not certain, I too am playing a Dark Brotherhood game. I have stopped thinking about the main quest so I have no idea how it will affect the main quest line or if it will at all...I have forgotten which quests are MQ...

I've been wondering about this. Does this have any effect whatsoever if you've joined the Imperials?
