Joining dark brotherhood : V

I killed the old woman for the boy in Windhelm. Am I not supposed to be contacted by the Dark Brotherhood? It's been 5 days since I contacted the boy and no Courier. :verymad:

Is this quest line bugged?

Tried that but it don't work, I think that only works on the PS3, I'm on the PC.

As the one above poster mentioned, sleep....another problem some people have had was it not activating while waiting in the same town. Try out of the city or in a different city and see if waiting there changes anything....I have the same problem waiting in the same cell and going to shops, seems to interfere with the scripted npc routines like walking to work on time lol

Yes, I just fast traveled to Whiterun and Courier appeared in front of me. :foodndrink:

Yeah, you have to sleep somewhere outside of Windhelm for it to work. Also, just getting the letter doesn't officially start it....so try sleeping again.
