I was doing that quest where you need to kill mercer and get the eyes. Everything was good I killed him the cavern started to flood and I made my out. My next objective: Talk to Karliah... And WTH where is she? So I go back and look and she's in the flooded cavern just standing under water. Can't talk to her. So I left travaled to the thives guild hoping it would spawn them there. Nope. So I went back and shot her with arrows till she went agro and tried to kill me. Success! She runs after me I exit the cavern and then... She's back under water. Fail! >.< I'm on a 360 so console commands won't work... Any other ideas how I can fix this? I don't wan to do this mission over again...

Fight her and then use a Calm spell/try and get her to yield? Or, as she's essential, beat her into submission on dry land.

Yeah I tried that, I can't get her out of the water again. But it was a little theraqeutic beating her dumb ass down a few times.

Not looking forward to doing this again since my guy is not a fighter, all stealth and stealing. So I guess I'll just drop the difficulty slider all the way down and power though it this time.

Yeah I have this exact same problem. Doing the arrow thing and then beating her into submission didnt work? I was hoping the 1.3 patch would fix it, does anyone know if it did?
