Stolen Objetcs : V

Hello all,

I'm having some bug (?) because I got some objects given from quest, like sanguine rose or looting on enemies like my perjury bow that are tagged in my inventory as "Stolen" but I haven't stolen them at all !
This is possible that I gave them to Lydia and then take them back, but it wasnt from a stole, so I can't even sell them, I've tried to put them in a barrel and say to lydia to take them, but when i take them back it's flagged again, i've tried to put them in a dead bandit but it's the same.

Is it a bug or something ?

I'm not entirely sure if it's a bug or not, but here's how to turn off the stolen part:

Use "setownership" in the console without the quotes. Drop the item, click on it, and and use the console command.

From UESP:

Use this to remove the "stolen" tag from any item. Simply drop the item on the ground, open the console, click on the item, and enter the command. It can be difficult to select certain items. If the displayed ID code does not begin with "ff", you have not selected an item, but rather an object in the world (ground texture, light, container, etc.).

edit : Oh I just found out, all object I give to Lydia and then take ot back on my inventory are flagged as "Stolen", interesting.. so it's a bug
