Since patch 1.5.26.0.5 I get destorted pixels on items such as swords, torches, axes and other items in Skyrim which makes the items appear transparent with tiny multicolored squares on them in the game, please "Fix" this issue please Bethesda, please reply today.

Bethesda didn't cause it, bad AMD drivers.

Uninstall your current version, reboot, install the latest 12.3, reboot.
