This game needs more than one way to cure fully fledged Vampirism, my current play through is ruined as I am one day away (in game time) from being at the last stage of being a vampire (this is where everyone attacks you) and to get the cure I need to get to a town over the other side of the map so when I fast travel, it is almost exactly a day later and the town guards attack me.

This is only one of 4 cases where me and my friends game has been put at an awards standstill due to their being only one cure.

Feed then Go.

Feed on somebody. That resets your stage to the most human level.
