Basically theres like random blocks in my game. I dont know why. I run a "higher" end gaming comp. I got a HD radeon 6850. With that out of the way:

Completely uninstall your graphics driver and download the new 12.3 one from AMD and install that after rebooting your computer. Once you install, reboot again.

You were using AMD's borked driver. This really should be mentioned in a sticky somewhere.
