question about .gif files and my avatar : Othor Games

Ok you can see I have a new avatar right? Yes yes you can. Annoying it is ? Yes it is very annoying at the moment thanks to some error of mine.
I resized my avatar from http://i45.tinypic.com/o10q4l.gif, I just resized it so that it would fit into the forum's specified size range. Is there a way or anybody could fix the original .gif file I wanted to 90x90? Or help me with some steps to do so? Also, I resized the file with GIMP if that helps anyway and I don't have photoshop.
Your help greatly appreciated.

Yeah, it would be a good idea to kill the flashing one please.

Animations that could induce epileptic seizures are prohibited. These include simulated strobe flashes or negative-positive reversals, fields of bright red, illusions of continuous motion in black and white or bright colors, and any flashing at a frequency of 4 Hz (4 strongly contrasting changes per second) or greater.
