I just went to create a set of badass fortify smithing gear so I could deck out my main armor and weapons, only to realize I don't have the enchant. I looked it up on the wiki, and all it lists are two unique items: The Silver-Blood Family Ring and The Forgemaster's Fingers.

Unfortunately, I let Madanach live, so I can't get the ring (which svcks double because I really wish I had offed him just for story purposes), and I maaaaaaaybe got the Forgemaster's already and sold it. I don't remember for sure. Is there any other place, or even way, to get the enchant? Or would I have to hack one of these items into my inventory and disenchant it?

just check the vendors apparel section whenever you buy something.

It will show up sooner or later.
