Hmm, I might use the Dragon Language for some things, too.

My Nord has Sólstafir, a fire-wreathed iron sword and Rune, a lightning-imbued steel war axe.

All my items presently have "of the Dovahkiin" attached to them. My Fire enchanted Daedric Mace is "The Fist of the Dovahkiin" for example.

But the idea of using the Dragon Language to name my items...man, my item names are boring now!

I thought I read a post by someone here that you could interrupt the enchanting process and somehow get away with naming your item without actually enchanting it. Does anyone know if that's true? I just want to name my gear, but I don't want to enchant it. It's silly you can't name whatever you smith as well.

you can name your items??? beacuse the game wont let me click on "name weapon" ever when I am enchanting..

Sort of a combination of Ifrit and suffixes from a language I came up with for a story I wrote back in middle school. I know, I know... I'm a nerd.

My favorite soul-trap weapon is always named Soul Authority. This time it's a glass bow instead of a Daedric sword.

I believe it would be inappropriate to list the names of my enchanted items here. As rare as it is for me to enchant, I make sure it's memorable.
