Skyrim LightingFog Glitch. Help needed. Video provided.

Hello.

So since about yesterday since I've uninstalled a whole lot of mods from the workshop, I'm now just running with the main file and the texture pack DLC.
It's all working fine except for one problem, this:

(add this to the end of your URL if you're on the youtube homepage)

VSync is enabled.

Help please?

It's hard to see if there is anything wrong in that video. More information about your problem is needed. Also what is your computer config? Have you tried disabling the texture DLC?

There is a lot of interior fog/smoke in some dungeons so maybe what your seeing is normal.

Maybe you need to trash your ini files and allow Skyrim to create new ones.

If you look at the moss on the walls, it changes, I don't know how to explain what is changing, but you'll see it. I've tried disabling the DLC, didn't work, it isn't normal because it flickers and never occured before yesterday (I've had the game since release day, 200 hours invested), and I've trashed my .ini files to get them to re-install, didn't work, tried re-installing the game, didn't work either.

PROBLEM SOLVED. My friend helped me and it had something to do with my fade settings.

When you said it affected the moss on the walls, I instantly thought of Skyrim's awful shadow problems. If it persists, go to the launcher's setup and alter the shadow settings. Still a problem, then ini files might need adjustment. But If your fade adjustment does the job, great.

i actually thought it was Catalyst's fault, where you put Adaptive AA settings in the catalyst control and disable AA ingame. I had this problem too, and then i found out it was Catalyst that was making all this bullcrap.

Any chance you know what settings you changed. Have seen a similar problem in my game with moss in some forts and never managed to solve it. I'm on Nvidia, so I know it's not a catalyst setting problem.
