The title says it all. Each time I exit an interior location *WITH A FOLLOWER* , my character won't appear in front of that place but rather 30yards away. Did this bug happen to anybody else?

Never run into this issue before, and I've been running with a follower for about 20 levels now. Not one I've heard of before, either. Some questions:

1) Are you using any mods at all?

2) Does this happen with a specific interior, or with all of them?

3) You say the game crashes after exiting a certain indoor location. Which one(s)? (If it's particularly spoileriffic, feel free to put it in spoiler tags. We won't mind. )

4) Probably not relevant, but who's your follower? Did this problem start immediately once you picked them up, or did it happen after some time traveling with them? Does it happen with other/all followers, or just the one?

I have the same issue of crashing and it happened at Katla's Farm when I exited the interior. It also happened when I exited solitude with my housecarl whim is from the Reach. I also got teleported in the same way when I was at Morthal, when I exited the Jarl's little abode.

It also happens with absolutely no mods on. I also don't have any mods to my best knowledge alter the structures of the world.

I tried using no mods at all, and it did not work. My followers were either Kharjo or Belrand.
