After I have completed the quest "Blood on ice" and several other missions(since on imperial side), I decided to buy Hjerim for 8000(it is possible) and then I went to start upgrading/decorating it.

But after following upgrades:
Kitchen
Living room
Alchemy lab
Enchanting lab
Armoury

I can't suddenly not buy the last upgrade(bedroom) and clean my house.

I have waited for days(Skyrim-time) and also tried different times to ask for upgrade.

But Jorleif keeps telling me that I have allready bought all the upgrades(he lies or it is a bug).

Anyone who have experienced same or maybe some knows how to get the rest of the upgrades.
